Soluble frizzled-related proteins (sFRPS) function as modulators of Wnt signaling through direct interaction with Wnts. They have a role in regulating cell growth and differentiation in specific cell types. SFRP4 may act as a regulator of adult uterine morphology and function. Increases apoptosis during ovulation possibly through modulation of FZ1/FZ4/WNT4 signaling Has phosphaturic effects by specifically inhibiting sodium-dependent phosphate uptake. [SUBCELLULAR LOCATION] Secreted. Expressed in mesenchymal cells. Highly expressed in the stroma of proliferative endometrium. Expressed in cardiomyocytes. Antigen retrieval: citrate buffer ( 0.01M, pH 6.0 ), Boiling bathing for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% Hydrogen peroxide for 30min; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum,C-0005) at 37℃ for 20 min;
Incubation: Anti-sFRP-4 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bs-1331R) 1:200, overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the secondary antibody(SP-0023) and DAB(C-0010) staining
