K88-K99 minor fimbrial subunit, plays an essential role in the biogenesis of the K99 fimbriae. required at some step in the initiation and/or elongation of the K99 fimbriae. Similarity: Fimbrium. Note=Located in or along the K99 fimbrial structure. 產(chǎn)腸毒素性大腸桿菌(ETEC)是引起仔豬腹瀉的主要病原菌,該菌的致病性與其具有粘附素和產(chǎn)腸毒素密切相關(guān)，粘附素在ETEC的致病過程中起著重要作用。從動物ETEC中發(fā)現(xiàn)的粘附素抗原有K88、K99、987P、F41、F42、F165、F17和F18等。而豬源粘附素抗原則以K88、K99、987P、F41最為常見的主要致病蛋白。 |
