Anti-IL-5 Reference Antibody (mepolizumab) FACS Blocking was evaluated using Human IL-5Rβ-FL/HIL-5Rα CHOS. The IC50 was approximately 2.844 ug/mL.
Mepolizumab induced proliferation inhibition activity was evaluated using Human IL-5Rα TF-1 . The EC50 was approximately 0.3282 ug/mL.
Immobilized human IL 5 His at 2 ug/mL can bind Anti-IL-5 Reference Antibody (mepolizumab), EC50=0.1188 ug/mL.
The purity of Anti-IL-5 Reference Antibody (mepolizumab) is 98.47%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
Anti-IL-5 Reference Antibody (mepolizumab) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
