Human GUCY2C HEK293 cells were stained with Anti-GUCY2C Reference Antibody (indusatumab) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS.
Immobilized human GUCY2C His at 2 ug/mL can bind Anti-GUCY2C Reference Antibody (indusatumab), EC50=0.00818 ug/mL.
The purity of Anti-GUCY2C Reference Antibody (indusatumab) is 98.5%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
Anti-GUCY2C Reference Antibody (indusatumab) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
