| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: This antibody eacts with Escherichia coli (E.coli), Escherichia coli is a gram negative bacillus that belongs to a larger group of Enterobacteriae - bacteria that inhabit the gastrointestinal tract. Although usually a harmless resident of the gut, some strains have the potential to cause serious problems, especially where there is an immature immune system or immunosuppression, or where the subtype of organism has acquired the ability to produce pathogenic toxins. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 大腸細菌（E. coli）,一種分裂速度很快的細菌,為大腸埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)、代表菌。一般多不致病，為人和動物腸道中的常居菌，但在一定條件下可引起腸道外感染。某些血清型菌株的致病性強，引起腹瀉，統(tǒng)稱病致病大腸桿菌；大小0.4～0.7×1～3um,無芽胞,大多數(shù)菌株有動力。有普通菌毛與性菌毛，有些菌株有多糖類包膜，革蘭氏陰性桿菌. |
